An Alternative Morning Ritual to Help Clean Your Body & Become Healthier

As we are electromagnetic beings, it's really important to be aware that in highly stressful times our material biological body gets infected by the frequency of fear which can make us ill.

Therefore it is really important to create a new cleansing and healing ritual every day so that you can cope with the sudden changes in our current reality.

Before you go to sleep it's really important that you remember to turn off the wifi in your home and make sure that any smart devices are not in your bedroom or near your bed. If they are, then make sure you always turn them to 'Airplane Mode' before you fall asleep. Smart devices such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops, etc give off an EMF radiation which can affect your body in a negative way. At night your body needs to be in a clean energy space so that it can build up its immune system and do any necessary self-healing work. So having a good night's sleep is crucial for your well-being the next day.

I have been living the following early morning ritual for the last few months now and find that it really has transformed my mental state of being, helping me to be more grounded, more confident when talking on social media as well as giving me greater clarity, focus, motivation and inspiration throughout my day. So this is why I recommend them to you.

1. Having a cold shower/wash first thing in the morning - wakes your body up, inducing a higher state of alertness. The cold also stimulates you to take deeper breaths, decreasing the level of CO2 throughout the body, helping you concentrate. Cold showers thus keep you ready and focused throughout the day and make your immune responses more robust.

2. Drinking freshly squeezed lemon juice with water and honey - Is a rich source of vitamin C, lemon juice protects the body from Immune system deficiencies. Lemons are also a rich source of potassium, calcium, phosphorus and magnesium. Lemon juice is also very effective at cleansing the liver as it promotes the liver to flush out toxins and it's anti-inflammatory properties help in fighting respiratory tract infections, sore throat and inflammation of tonsils. Lastly, lemon juice with warm water helps keep the body hydrated as it provides electrolytes to the body.

3. After having breakfast, always do your daily morning meditation before you start any work or connecting with anyone in the outer world via social media. It's really important that you do this every day so you can focus on creating inner balance, inner peace, inner joy before you start interacting with other people. This means that you protect your own Aura energy and you will naturally have a positive effect on other people's energy.

4. Then it's really advisable to get outside and into the fresh air and do a walk, even if it's just to the supermarket to pick up a few things and back again. If you can walk in nature, even better. I find that walking helps to process any negative thoughts and naturally release the energy from your body, a sort of natural self-healing process. And spending time by yourself (solitude) whether out walking or in meditation each day is essential for your overall well being.

5. As I have my own Freedom Lifestyle Business, I now make sure I allocate time and space to this and set my boundaries clearly in place as I put my health first. Therefore, I've stopped answering people's voice messages, social media messages or business-related enquiries before 11am.

Once I chose to stop working for a boss or a large corporation, I realised that I had to change my mindset and create a new way of doing business which not only creates an income for me but also creates a new way of living, a new healthy and happier lifestyle. That's why I call it a freedom lifestyle business.

I honestly feel that if more people lived their lives in this way, then our communities would grow stronger together because we would be spending less time competing and trying to manipulate each other and more time would be spent on supporting, uplifting, motivating and inspiring each other.
